Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the weight, dimension and destination of the package. Please note, we currently ship to U.S. only. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at international rates.
A variety of factors play a role in the actual shipping time of an order, however, generally orders are shipped within 7-10 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays). Any custom orders, those requiring personalization or requested with gift wrap may require additional time for processing. Please let us know at the time of the order if you are in need of a specific ship date. All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes). All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient, as applicable.
Most items are shipped USPS from Columbus, OH, however, we also use UPS Ground and FedEx depending on the weight, final destination and expected time of arrival. Please refer to www.USPS.com for time in transit and cost information.
Wholly Frap, LLC recommends shipping via one of our shipping methods, however, for certain items such as Café Brew-K’s, we offer those in close proximity to Columbus, OH, the ability to pick up from our administration offices or delivery by a local carrier, such as Uber or the equivalent. If you choose pick up in the ship VIA field, please wait for a call informing you that your package is ready for pick up.
Most back orders will be shipped within 2-6 weeks, however, shipping costs for back orders are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, seasonal and newly introduced items may not be available immediately. If there is a mix up on ETA, you will be contacted to discuss further action.
Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund, but in some circumstance, we might be able to offer you an exchange. If approved, you will receive credit for the purchase price of the returned item only, minus shipping and handling charges. Once we receive the original item (shipped at your expense), we will credit your account if the item meets our requirements (see below). Ticket items over $100 may be subject to a small restocking fee, usually not more than 2% of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Keep in mind that exchanges or returns, in some cases, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed as a “store account” and will be held on our internal system and applied toward the purchase price of the item to be purchased. If the new item purchased is less than the originally purchased item, then a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. Keep in mind that exchanges or returns, in some cases, may be subject to a restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at whollyfrap@whollyfrap.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, unless otherwise approved. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at whollyfrap@whollyfrap.com and we will send you a confirmation email including an address where to return your item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
Do not return anything until you have been given an RA # for return. If your item is not approved before shipment or not returned with an pre-authorized, company issued RA#, you may not receive a refund for your return. Once you receive your RA# and confirmation of return email, you will be instructed where to return your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
